Thank you to everyone who attended the orientation! It was great to meet you. I am looking forward to an amazing year. Here are a couple of reminders:

1) Due to the recent construction, our classroom has very limited storage. If you have not already purchased your supplies for the year, please hold off for now. I will be sending home requests for supplies as needed throughout the year. 

2) Please go over the Kindergarten Handbook. If you did not attend the orientation, I will be sending one home in your child's red folder this week. 

3) If you did not fill out a "Getting to Know Your Child" form at orientation, please fill this form out and send it back to school as soon as possible! 

4) Red Folders (Parent Communication Folders) are sent home once a week and are to be returned the following morning (typically on Thursday morning).

5) Blue Folders (Homework Folders) are sent home every day and are to be returned every day. Homework packets are sent home on Monday in the blue folders and are to be returned on the following Monday in the blue folders. The ziploc in the blue folder labeled "Important Notes and Money" should be used for any lunch money, field trip money and/or notes for me personally.

***PLEASE place all money in a separate envelope labeled with your child's name and what the money is for before placing it into the "important notes and money" bag in the blue folder.
